Out-Of-Hours Support
Many systems run for 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. However, most systems/operations staff only cover 12 hours per day, 5 days per week.
If the discrepancy between these two gives you cause for concern you should talk to us about our Out-Of-Hours systems cover.
We will remotely cover your systems when your staff have gone home. EMA will ensure that your overnight backups, checkpoints, or application batch jobs run smoothly.
