OpenVMS Training
EMA Technology has been conducting OpenVMS training courses throughout the world for many years.
Our courses are mostly conducted on our customer's premises, although we can accommodate off-site courses as well.
All of our courses contain practical sessions where delegates can use their new skills.
Comprehensive course documentation is provided which can be used as reference material after the course has finished.
If you do not have an OpenVMS server available for the course we can provide one at no extra charge.

We currently offer the following OpenVMS training courses:
OpenVMS Training - Operations Itinerary
One day course
The Operations course covers all topics relating to the operational aspects of OpenVMS. This course is also for staff who are new to OpenVMS or who have never used the operating system.
OpenVMS Training - Basic System Management Itinerary
Three day course
This course is designed for those who are new to OpenVMS system management. Possibly moving up from an operations role or from another platform.
OpenVMS Training - Advanced System Management Itinerary
Three day course
The Advanced course covers the same topics as the basic course but in more depth, with the addition of DCL Programming, Performance Management, Capacity Planning, Crash Dump Analysis, and SYSMAN.
OpenVMS Training - Security Management Itinerary
One day course
Managing the security elements available in OpenVMS is one of the most challenging roles for a system manager. This course explains all the elements involved in securing your OpenVMS systems.
